NOTICE - RELTEK LLC Operations During COVID-19 Restrictions
During this time of uncertainty, all of us here at RELTEK are concerned about the safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers, and partners.
Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.
With that, RELTEK is abiding by our local County’s Order and our State’s Mandate to “shelter in place/stay at home” and we wanted to provide you information as to how we are securing our business and services to you:
Company Assurance for Customers/Inquiries
RELTEK has developed a business continuity plan to respond to this situation while safeguarding the health of our employees and minimizing the impact on the delivery of products to you.
- Working Remotely:
The majority of our work can be conducted through remote connections, which enables employees to work off-site for most tasks to mitigate the risk of others becoming infected. Personnel will reply as quickly as possible, however longer response times are anticipated due to varying home situations and hours.
- Contacting Us:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUESTIONS, AND ORDERS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO RELTEK@RELTEKLLC.COM. Please allow for longer response times.
- CALLS to RELTEK’s business lines will NOT be answered, nor will messages be retrieved while employees work remotely. Phone calls can be requested via the email listed above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- ORDERS will be prioritized and fulfilled as possible. You should receive an Order Confirmation via email with estimate lead-time. Please allow for longer lead-times (and transit times).
- Safety On-Site:
Where on-site work is required, staff are to spend only the minimum time required to accomplish specific tasks and apply social distancing and hygiene protocols.
- Regarding Our Suppliers:
RELTEK operations are supported by a number of suppliers and distributors. At this time we are not aware of any disruption in our supply or distribution chains. As this situation is fluid, we will communicate any presented challenges to our customers ASAP. Other than possible longer lead times, we anticipate and will work our hardest to continue providing exceptional customer service during these difficult times.
Company Guidance to Employees
RELTEK is fully committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. This is our top priority in order to maintain the business continuity needed to provide the support and service our customers. We have established protocols, in tandem with local crisis teams and health authorities, to reduce risk of exposure.
